Why we need programmable tire pressure sensor

1.About TPMS,every vehicle only can recognize its own 4 tire sensors IDs.

2.If change the sensor with new ID.The vehicles should be relearn the TPMS for recognize the new ID.

3.Different vehicles' relearn procedure are different. So difficult to train an engineer to learn all the relearn procedure.

How to Manual ID

1. Remove the damaged OE sensor from the tire. Then find out the sensor ID

2. Manual ID

a.Select “Program Sensor” in TOOL

b.Select Vehicle brand,mode and year

c.Choose”GUSSIN”(The step is so important,otherwise you can not program sensors)

d.Select”Manual ID”

a. ID Format(HEXADECIMAL and DECIMAL)

b. Enter ID

c. Program ID into the sensor

d. Manual ID Successdful(REAL ID will show on the screen)

3. After manual ID successful, install the sensor into the tire.

How to copy ID

a.Select “Program Sensor” in TOOL

b.Select Vehicle brand,mode and year

c.Choose”GUSSIN”(The step is so important,otherwise you can not program sensors)

d.Select”Copy ID”

e.Put the tool close to the old sensor.copy the old sensors’ ID.

f.select”OK”.Put the tool close to the new programmable sensor,select “START”

g.Copy ID Successful.

How to Create new sensor

1.Remove the damaged OE sensor from the tire.then install the new programmable sensors

2.CREAT NEW SENSOR

a. Select “Program Sensor” in TOOL

b. Select Vehicle brand,mode and year

c. Choose”GUSSIN”(The step is so important,otherwise you can not program sensors)

d. Select “Create new sensor”

e. Program the sensors

Important Note:After programmed, an ID will appear randomly for your car model. At this time, it has not been successful.Install tires on your car, the vehicle must be re-learned according to your car's model before it can be used normally.
